Shipping policy
We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. indian aqua insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.
DELIVERY CHARGES(based on selection) will be calculated once order is placed and will be informed by us on whatsapp or by message.
DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays)

Aquarium Transit Damage & Support Policy
At Indian Aqua, all glass aquariums are packed using high-quality materials including thermocol, bubble wrap, and wooden crate packaging to ensure maximum safety during transit. However, due to the fragile nature of glass and third-party handling, the following policy applies:
1. Transit Risk Policy
All aquariums are shipped at buyerβs risk. While we ensure strong packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused during transportation.
2. Shipping Method (Courier / Railway)
Small and medium aquariums are usually shipped via courier partners.
Heavy or large aquariums may be shipped via Indian Railways parcel service, depending on size, weight, and feasibility.
π In case of railway transport:
Delivery will be made to the nearest railway station
Customer must collect the parcel from the station
Valid ID proof may be required at the time of collection
Any local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request any support in case of damage, a clear unboxing video is compulsory:
Must start before opening the package
Must show all sides of sealed box
Must clearly capture the unpacking process
Must show the damaged area clearly
β No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video.
4. Damage Evaluation
All damage cases will be reviewed and categorized as:
Minor damage (scratches, small chips, silicone marks)
Moderate damage
Major damage (cracked or broken panels)Β
5. Compensation Policy (No Refund / No Replacement Guarantee)
We do not guarantee refunds or replacements.
However, after verification, we may offer support at our discretion:
Minor damage β Small goodwill compensation
Moderate damage β Partial compensation
Major damage β Compensation up to 40% of product value (maximum limit)
π Final decision depends on damage severity and verification.
6. Repair Cost Support Option
Instead of replacement, we may also offer:
β Repair cost support (partial reimbursement for local repair)
π Amount will be decided based on damage and proof.
7. Conditions for Claim
Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery / pickup
Product must be unused and not installed
Original packaging must be retained
Decision will be final after verification
8. No Liability Clause
Indianaqua is not liable for:
Courier or railway handling issues
Transit delays
Any indirect loss or inconvenience
9. Self Pickup Recommendation
For 100% safety, we strongly recommend:

or
β Arranging your own transport
